Boris Bokov, BAIST, DTM
Partner & Business Technology Consultant
Boris is a technology strategist and change leader with 20+ years of experience in Business Technology Management. He helps organizations transform their businesses by aligning technology with strategic goals, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and using modern methodologies (including the use of AI) to build a clear, phased approach that aligns stakeholders and manages risk. Boris is a skilled facilitator who builds collaboration between business and technology teams, helping clients deliver critical projects under tight timelines. He is passionate about fostering collaboration and enhancing organizational performance through data analysis and system improvements. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, mountain climbing and traveling all over the world.

Ada Tai, MBA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP
Partner & Human Resources Consultant
Ada is a consultant, speaker, and instructor with nearly 20 years of experience in people and organizational strategy. Holding an MBA and dual HR designations in Canada and the U.S., she brings a pragmatic, inclusive approach to complex workforce challenges. Through her firm, BadaB Consulting Inc., Ada helps organizationsโnonprofit and private alikeโintegrate effective people practices, lead through change, and align talent strategies with business goals. Ada is also a sought-after speaker on business strategy, people management, and career development, and teaches at MacEwan University. She regularly blogs on leadership and HR trends for Albertaโs provincial HR association. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, squash and experiencing diverse cultures worldwide.

Phil Wong, B.Sc., CPHR, SHRM-SCP

Phil is a seasoned HR and governance expert with 30+ years of experience driving people strategy. Phil is an expert in helping organizations optimize their HR strategy. His extensive background covers critical areas such as compensation planning, leadership development, performance management, policy review and organizational design. Phil has a proven track record of delivering results across diverse sectors, including utilities and aviation services in both Canada and the U.S. He is dedicated to helping businesses build strong, effective teams and implement HR processes that drive success. Outside of work, he sits on non-profit boards and volunteers at the university.

Tracy Zander, CPHR
Senior Consultant
Tracy is an HR enthusiast with almost 30 years of experience. She offers practical, business-aligned solutions in areas such as employee relations, policy development, recruitment, performance management, and total compensation. As both an HR consultant and small business owner, Tracy understands the vital role HR plays in driving growth, productivity, and employee engagement. Tracy holds the CPHR designation along with diplomas in HR Management and Legal Assistance, and certifications in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation. Outside of work, she enjoys hockey, kickboxing, scuba diving, and exploring new places.

Nolan Crouse, MBA, CCMPTM
Senior Consultant
Nolan is a seasoned leader with 30+ years of experience across Albertaโs public and private sectors. He has successfully led businesses and organizations through growth, change, and complex operational challenges, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to leadership. As a former Mayor of St. Albert and Chair of the Capital Region Board, Nolan also offers deep expertise in governance, community development, and public service. He holds a masterโs degree in Community Economic Development and is a Certified Change Management Professional. Since 2017, Nolan has worked as a trusted consultant to public sector clients, specializing in strategic planning, conflict mediation, and governance training. His long-standing commitment to both business and community makes him a valuable partner in building strong teams and sustainable organizations. Outside of work, Nolan enjoys biking, hockey and volunteers for community organizations.

With a degree in Human Resources, Amber has spent the last eight years supporting HR practices across the healthcare, hospitality, and oil & gas sectors. She is known for her thoughtful and effective approach to engaging people, a skill developed through extensive customer service experience. Organized and detail-oriented, Amber brings a unique blend of expertise in employee relations and career development, helping clients and young professionals alike achieve their goals. Her dedication to serving diverse clients and communities is at the core of her work. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering for communities and following competitive sports.
