Boris Bokov

Boris Bokov, BAIST, DTM

Partner & Business Technology Consultant

Boris is a creative technology solutionist, change agent, and public speaking pro!

During his 20 years of experience in Business Technology Management, Boris helped many organizations transform their businesses by designing the future in a flexible way to meet the challenges of today's world. He manages multi-million dollar programs at clients organizations, by using a range of modern technological and program management methodologies.

 

Boris achieves success through a phased approach that starts with aligning stakeholders from business and technology to address risk and manage processes. He accomplishes this through communication by fostering collaboration as a facilitator. He helps clients build teams that deliver critical projects under tight timelines and resources, and enhances organizational performance through data analysis and system/infrastructure improvement.

 

In his spare time, Boris volunteers on not-for-profit boards and mentors students at the University of Alberta to enhance their public speaking skills.

Ada Tai, MBA, CPHR, SHRM-SCP

Ada Tai

Ada is a consultant, a speaker, and an instructor!

With an MBA Degree, Canadian and U.S. human resources designations, Ada provides pragmatic people management solutions to organizations while balancing vision, thought leadership, and execution.

 

With 15+ years of HR experience, Ada strategically integrates effective processes, programs, and practices into clients' daily operations and provides customized training sessions that align with the organization’s business objectives. Besides, Ada has successfully coached a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds, helping them search for jobs and promoting their careers' growth and development.

 

Ada is a sought-after keynote speaker who is regularly called upon to speak on human resources, people management, and career development topics throughout the province. She is also a well-respected instructor at the University of Alberta and MacEwan University.

 

In her spare time, Ada blogs on current people management and professional development issues for the provincial HR association.

Doug Alloway

Doug Alloway, B.Ed., CPHR

Senior Consultant

Doug is a reputable HR leader and a community champion!

Doug has been an HR professional in Alberta for over 30 years. His most recent roles have been executive leadership in Human Resources with Edmonton Economic Development Corporation and senior leadership with Northlands. He has also held senior HR roles in industrial supply with Acklands - Grainger and publicly traded TELUS Corp.

 

Doug started his HR career in the oilfield drilling business and has enjoyed opportunities to stay connected with the operational side of the Alberta industry. He enjoys building strategic programs, policies and high-performing teams that help achieve operational objectives. He has sat on HR-related Advisory Boards and instructed the MacEwan HR Certificate Program. Doug has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.

In his spare time, Doug volunteers at several charity organizations and a golf course.

Tatyana Ilina

Tatyana Ilina, B.Com.

HR Consultant

Tatyana is a Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience managing small businesses. She has successfully run two businesses in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

 

Tatyana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and is committed to continuous learning. She is currently pursuing a CPHR certification.


As an HR Consultant, Tatyana is dedicated to delivering value-added services to businesses and non-profit organizations. She achieves this through her action-oriented approach and business-centric dedication to support and deliver objectives that enhance sustainability and organizational effectiveness.
 

In her spare time, Tatyana is an active member of her community and enjoys volunteering, sports, and outdoor activities.

Phil Wong

Phil Wong, B.Sc., CPHR, SHRM-SCP

Senior Consultant

Phil is a dedicated professional and a family-oriented person!

Phil has over 30 years of human resources expertise in a broad range of areas, such as compensation strategy and planning, incentive programs, succession planning, leadership development and assessments, organization design, HR process reviews, performance management, human resource information systems, and talent sourcing. His experience extends across numerous sectors ranging from utilities to aviation services, and he has worked in both Canada and the U.S.  

 

Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Certificates in Human Resources Management and Addiction Studies from the University of Alberta. 

In his spare time, Phil sits on several non-profit boards. 

Amber Lautischer

Amber Lautischer, B.Com.

HR Consultant

Graduated with a degree in Human Resources and a passion for working with people, Amber spent the last six years supporting human resources practices at healthcare, hospitality and oil & gas companies organizations. Amber’s thoughtful and effective approach to engaging people was developed through her years of hospitality and customer service experience. She is dedicated to supporting the needs of diverse clients and giving back to the communities. 

Besides being organized and detail-oriented, Amber has also developed superior public speaking and employee relations skills. She developed a reputation for helping new graduates and young professionals navigate the changes post-graduation to achieve their career goals.

In her spare time, Amber volunteered at the Stollery Children’s Hospital and follows sports competitions.

Nolan Crouse

Nolan Crouse, MBA, CCMPTM

Senior Consultant

Nolan Crouse is a homegrown Albertan. He spent 30 years in management and executive roles within the Forest Products industry, followed by several years as a small business owner.

Nolan served 4 consecutive Municipal Council terms as Councillor and Mayor of the City of St. Albert (10 years) and was Chair of the Capital Region Board for 5.5 years.

 

He holds a master’s degree in Community Economic Development, is a Chemical Technologist, and a Certified Change Management Professional. Nolan has a history of serving his community and industry in many aspects, including the United Way, the Alberta Forest Products Association, Canada Winter Games, and Head Coach/General Manager of AJHL hockey franchises in both Brooks and Fort Saskatchewan.

 

Since 2017, Nolan has been serving clients in the public sector with support in planning, governance and management consulting services. In particular, he facilitates organization strategic planning, conflict mediation, and training on topics like Board roles and responsibilities, policy development, succession and effective use of committees.

 Wade King

Wade King, BA

Senior Consultant

Wade is a EDI consultant, a speaker and a community-oriented leader!

 

Wade is a nationally recognized human rights, equity and safe disclosure leader, with particular expertise in the public sector. He has been active in the spaces of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Safe Disclosure (whistleblowing) for 20 years. In that time, he has led results-driven, high impact initiatives with multiple municipal, education and not for profit organizations.

Wade’s approach is collaborative and intersectional. He recognizes that EDI planning and delivery is not a “one size fits all” approach. Every organization and community has a unique voice that must be brought forward and considered in order to meaningfully deliver inclusive and equitable outcomes. He is experienced in engagement, systems review, EDI planning, strategic planning, complaints/investigations and outcomes measurement.

 

Besides a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Wade also holds multiple certificates on EDI and workplace investigations. He is also a popular speaker and trainer on the topics of EDI and Safe Disclosure.

Nina is a marketing enthusiast, a food blogger and a photographer!

With a Master of Science Degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alberta, Nina is not a typical marketing person! Her passion for using creative approaches to promote businesses matches well with her astonishing social media marketing skills. Nina possesses 7 years of hands on experience in digital marketing and video production, with a proven track record of developing strategies that increase audience engagement for small to medium size companies. 

 

In her spare time, Nina enjoys trying out different cuisine, planning special events. She often follows trends and news in the marketing field to keep her knowledge fresh. 

Shruti Arora

Shruti Arora, MBA

Project Consultant

Shruti is an engineer, marketing professional, and business operations analyst!

 

Graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from a renowned university in India, Shruti is a caring, diligent and adaptable professional. Her exciting career experiences include 2 years in field engineering and quality control, in addition to another 7 years in environmental sustainability, operations analytics and marketing in non-profit and for-profit organizations. Demonstrating a perfect combination of creativity and systematic approach, Shruti’s unmatched passion to explore collaboration opportunities and to develop out of the box ideas is what made her who she is.

In her spare time, Shruti serves on a number of not-for-profit boards and teaches children mathematics skills.
